Combining Focusing and NVC


These are not necessarily steps in order, but they do start with the Revolutionary Pause (at the bottom of the page)

Throughout the process you can step into Presence whenever you need to

Pay attention at each step to resonating with the felt sense

Step back and forth as many times as necessary between the squares until you feel a shift inside

Thank your body for what it has shown you

 
Stay with what comes, listening in presence
Notice and acknowledge needs and values
Is the felt sense giving perspective on old beliefs and patterns?
Vision:
Sense how it feels in he body when needs and values are met
Get a felt sense of the situation.
Allow all parts to be heard
Resonate feelings with the felt sense.
Remembering our intention
To connect with the life in ourselves and others
Listening from the heart so that needs can be heard and/or met
Sense the situation freshly
Acknowledge:
Say hello to my experience as it is just now
Listen to my jackals. Let them howl
Notice my blaming and judging
